Brief Intro

I’m a longtime Buddhist practitioner exploring the Dharma through personal study, lived experience, and the guidance of my teachers. My path spans more than twenty‑five years across many traditions and now rests primarily within Tara Mandala’s Ösel Nyingtig lineage and the Skymind approach to the Nature of Mind.

I am an amateur writer and this site contains my reflections on practice, lineage, and everyday life as a married father, software developer, and musician in Kansas City. These writings are not teachings; just one practitioner’s ongoing journey into wisdom and compassion.
